Another Peerless Cleaners stupidity!
This cleaner is run by that rip-off cleaner Peerless.
The alteration is pretty good, but the cleaning service is outrageous. Two laundry dress shirts, a pair of pants, and a sweater came out to be $26!

Paula is rude, incompetent employee.I had my sister-in-law drop off my wedding dress after my wedding to get cleaned, my dress was in my dress bag, there was also a silk slip & silk robe inside the bag that we forgot to take out, I realized we forgotten to take it out so I called the cleaners and confirmed that I could pick it up with my dress when it was cleaned.When I went to pickup my dress the dress bag & other items were no where to be found, I called Paula on Friday and explained the situation & she said she would get back with me on Monday, she didn't call me Monday so I called her back AGAIN on Tuesday & she said she would let me know once again, she  FINALLY called me back & was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful, stating she "did not know where the bag was & didn't know what to do about it" I told her I really wanted those items because they were expensive & she did not seem to care at all & did absolutely nothing to help. Basically they either threw it away or lost it.Paula Was NOT helpful at all, she was VERY rude, snarky & VERY unprofessional. Will NEVER Be coming here again!!!!!
