Just wanted to say what a class act Troy Slattery is. Troy worked very hard on our project. Due to the unique situation our family has, we decided to go a different route than building. We saw the great materials Troy uses, saw his great custom designs, and appreciated his guidance. We wouldn't have hesitated a moment in using Slattery Builders and suggest them to anyone looking to build a beautiful home.

Slattery builders finished our home a couple of months ago. We started the process in the middle of the supply chain debacle. Troy and Abby did their best to get the supplies needed and build a house we are extremely proud of. They do excellent work and if we were to build again we would not hesitate to use them. They are great people who care about their customers and provide a level of service not found in other builders.

Hello Troy is a good guy and is generous!!! BUT HE DONT PAY UP!!!! We did a huge siding job for him and we even offered to do all the soffit and facia and he only paid us half what a hypocrite and he claims he's a Christian

Wife and I were very pleased with our initial meeting. Troy took the time to listen and look at our ideas carefully and sincerely.
It was very pleasant to not have stock plans shown to us with discussions about how things could be "customized" to meet our needs. Finally a custom builder that understands custom! The design space and office was also very welcoming with many decorative items available for purchase. If your looking to build a truly custom home, we highly recommend you consider Slattery Builders in your search!

We had Slattery build our house. The quality we are pleased with. The design process was easy and the employees were very helpful. Everything was good until we got to the process of building. It seemed at times there were long delays without communicating to is what was going on and that is all we wanted was to be communicated with. I think the main reason was we were told wed have a project manager to watch over the build and keep us updated. We never met that person and later found out they did not work there anymore. The owner was the one that was looking over our project and that was not a good thing. He did not communicate well, but I do understand he is the owner and probably had a ton of other things goin on. But still its his company and he did not represent it well. After we moved in we finally got gutters, they had the workers come on a sunday morning and another contractor stopped by to ask if we paid slattery for their work because they hadnt got paid. We also had a ceiling LED light go out, it was within a year and I emailed the lady that helped with our lighting but never heard back. I text the owner a picture and what was going on with no response, followed up with an email where the owners wife emailed back and said they couldnt do anything because warranty was up even though my original email was before it was up. I decided to forget about it and replace the light myself. Our contract said after so many months of closing they would come back to see how things were and fix any issues, this never happened. Our build was about 40-50 minutes from their office and it seems like we were pushed to the side for other jobs. We really like our house, the contractors did a great job, but Slattery could have been better at communication and follow through. We would not build with them again.
