Update 3/22/24: We found out a month later that our dog has stage 3 dental disease and they DIDNT EVEN TELL US! We found out when reviewing his paperwork! DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Update 2/19/24: I brought my other dog in, who has only been in a handful of other times, and I warned the newest vet Dr. Ingold that he was reactive to strangers and might need to be muzzled. Instead of taking this precaution he decided to just go ahead and start his process anyway- grabbing his face, ears, etc. He didnt even take his time trying to gain my dogs trust, or even greet appropriately! Of course my dog got upset and barked and growled him into a corner - I blame the doctor entirely. If you get into veterinary medicine you should be prepared to care for animals that dont have perfect behavior. We werent able to get the answers we needed and were still charged $82 for an exam & environmental fee.

The staff here are wonderful and prioritize
animals in critical need. Our now 12 year old pup has had some health scares and they always make sure to get us in same day. When she had a seizure and couldnt move we were terrified, but the team got her through it and supported us along the way. We also take our 3 cats in for regular care & Dr Arnold is amazing with them. Be aware that with greater service comes a slightly higher price tag. However, its totally worth it.

We have had great visits at Windermere Animal Hospital! My dog has seen both Dr. Ingold and Dr. Arnold so far and both doctors are amazing!
I love how everyone at Windermere, staff, nurses, and doctors all take the time to really work with me and my dog by listening and making us feel welcomed and comfortable. It's so nice how they treat my dog like their own and I don't feel like my dog is just another number that they are rushing to get in and out of the office.
My dog has always struggled with anxiety at any vet office, but she does so much better when going to Windermere, and that is all because the doctors and nurses take the time to work with my dog and make her feel comfortable with them!
