Today I came to this location with my mom to upgrade from an iPhone XR to the iPhone 14. Eli was the one to help us out, and he was fantastic. Not only was he super helpful in explaining the different payment plans and actually setting up my new phone, but he ALSO discovered some problems with my *moms* phone and fixed those right up without us having to ask for extra. He was truly fantastic, and a pleasure to talk to. We both appreciate you and everything you did for us, Eli!

Everyone did a great job on my 5 line business account. Shout out to Henry, Maurice and Eli. They took the time to help with everything I needed. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to get set up for phone lines.

Any time Ive needed help with anything to do with my cell phones these guys have been a pleasure to work with. It can be frustrating when things arent working correctly, but they have always worked with me to figure out what the issue was. Whether it was a billing issue or phone issue. They even helped me save money on my bill by finding some discounts my wife and I qualified for since she is an educator. Eli Bell has been the customer service rep Ive dealt with the most, and he has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful each time. Ive been a Verizon customer for over a decade and this is why Ill continue to be one.
