Was told that after telling them what phone I had that it would be worth up to $800 and according to AT&T it's $35. That's not a misunderstanding that is fraud. If i wanted to return it then that's anther $55 I would be out for restocking fee. Stay away from this place.

Worst experience Ive ever had at any wireless store. Not only the sales representatives but ATT higher management would not even stand on the words of their sales team.
Tons of hours wasted waiting in store and over help lines.
Got lot to mention but my worst nightmare switching to ATT.

Lying employees!! Tell us we can get $800 when trading in old phone. Email from ATT says $35.00. Quite a racket you have. Bald face lying to your customers, then 3 days later, after phone content has been moved and accessories purchased we get the truth of it. Dishonest company
Will never buy another phone from ATT. Will go through Amazon.

Update: Ari,
A few months ago I came in with my 126 GB galaxy ultra that I was screwed into by Blake @ ATT ON MERCANTILE.
You prepped me for war to get a new phone letting me know it would not be easy.
2 and a half hours on the phone with corporate and I was able to get the 512 GB ultra, EQUIVALENT TO THE PHONE I ORIGINALLY TURNED IN. I no longer am struggling DAILY with this phone blake sold me.
Thank you for your help!!!! In store and out of store!!!!
