I was very disappointed when leaving this store. I used to work at FedEx Office, and I was very frustrated with how I was treated. When working at FedEx, I was trained to treat the customer with the upmost respect, as well as to make their day better than it was before coming in. When I was shipping, I was given snarky and unpleasant rude comments. I was shipping items to my step daughter in TN within a legal case. So I was taking pictures of everything to keep track of what was going in for our records. Before starting, this man was arguing with me on putting a signature on my package. Then when I was taking a picture of the label for documentation, he made the comment of "What? Does your little sister not trust you on shipping it?" Then I informed him of the situation in the nicest way possible, even though I had said this at the beginning of the process. This man was very rude to both myself and my friend when walked up to the counter. I was so frustrated with this situation that I did call my former boss to inform her about this experience. She was even disappointed with this experience as well. I will NOT be coming back to the Fishers location and will give my sales to other FedEx Offices.

Just went into FedEx with a heavy and complicated Amazon return. Erickk, Tom, and cat all made the experience easy and pleasant. Thank you so much for making my day better with a stressful situation

Recently took my kiddo here after a book we ordered from Amazon started falling apart. Employee Nick lovingly cut off the spine, bound it for him, and saved the day. He took a lot of extra time and care to make sure my child was thrilled with the final product.
Every time we've been here, we've had excellent customer service. Wait times in the line really vary, so plan accordingly.
