Top notch local realty group! They helped us secure our first house as a family...a beautiful rental in Fishers. After two years, it is not just a house but now it is our home.

Kirk Realty really does a great job on property management and really cares about the owners of the properties they manage plus the people that live in those houses. Responsive, helpful, specific, with great administrative skills. Love this company!!

Since covid. They no longer are in office to answer the phone. Nor do. They return calls. From tenants. I have been waiting for months for a response. I wouldnt rent from them again. Their service has fallen of the the wagon. They used o be great.they also cant keep a receptionist either.

This company is a joke and running by an unprofessional couple. THEY DON'T CARE about your need and let there property managers do what they want on there properties. What they care is their share, and thats all... Its sad because Kirk Patrick should care about people..

Stay away from this company - unprofessional, unrealistic & untrustworthy. We believe we cleaned our rental property very good but they still claim that we left it without cleaning and not returning our deposit.
