I just can't say enough about how great my experience was with
buying my high end guitar from Reno's music.Mark really knows his stuff, he was so helpful in my buying experience with getting me the right guitar I was looking for, just let them know your needs and they will guide you through the guitar jungle.Reno's is a class act.The prices are fantastic, and the whole buying experience is top notch!They have all the best brands and more.

I wasnt happy with Marks delivery of a Martin custom shop guitar. Insulted me when I mentioned there was a defect concerning the pickguard on brand new guitar. There was a noticeable square indentation on the pickguard. His insinuation that maybe I was the kind of person who could never be satisfied was idiotic and disrespectful. That was his response, before he told me he had to hang up and close his store. He told me bring the guitar to a Martin repair shop and then hung up. There is something off-putting about that a dealer who could care less after he sells you a guitar. He is not technical, doesnt k ow how to talk about setup, and doesnt have a guitar tech on staff. Really, nothing about him is appealing.

100% on all the positive comments here. I've bought several guitars off Mark now and he always makes sure it's the right fit for you at a great price. Wouldn't buy a guitar (especially an acoustic) anywhere else. The best guitar buying experience around hands down! Thanks Mark!

Reno's Music is great! I called before I drove to the shop and Mark confirmed they had the model in stock. I've been looking at getting an Eastman for a while, but I wanted to play before buying. I was able to side by side the E10D and the E10D-TC. Mark grabbed a E10OM for me to plink around on and side by side with the dreads. It was a very enjoyable buying experience. Excellent prices. If you're a musician in the Indy area, you have to get to Reno's and check out their instruments.
