MCL's work is pristine, professional, clean cut, and really added space and value to our home.

MCL is a beautiful bright light in the Shade Industry!!! I called Lowes originally for help when o e if the Shades I had purchased from them 2 + years ago malfunctioned and they told me the warranty had expired after 1 year but kindly gave me the information on the installer. I called them very hopefully I could pay them to repair the malfunctioning Shade. The lady in the office quickly advised me that would Not be happening and did not offer any suggestions! I then called another Shade company who were at least kind enough to refer me to MCL Window Coverings and Repair! I immediately called them and the gentleman that answered advised me that they could help and would be glad to assist with my Shade problem. He then further offered available dates he had open to come out. He kindly told me that I could save money by bringing it in!!! I opted to have them come to me! On the day of my appointment Mark called and advised me he was 20 minutes away. Shortly thereafter, he did indeed arrive.
I showed him the problem Shade and he immediately took it down, removed a piece and fixed the issue AND then rehung my Now well functioning Shade!!! He showed me what to do and what not to do AND why Not to do it, when raising and lowering the Shade! This guy has more integrity in his little finger than most all combined that Ive dealt with! I will never call any other window covering company in the future...this company has absolutely amazing standards! Many Blessings MCL Window Coverings and Repair.
