Giving a four star after Skylar fixed a major issue I brought forth and others in this building. Yes it took time and I was extremely un happy and of course wanted to escape.Ive learned she only has control over what the owners allow. Were all out here trying to survive in an economy that needs to be fixed. No one shouldve to work two jobs or over 40 hours (single household) to make ends meet. Im extremely thankful to have had a chance to get into my own place and majorly to have my emotional support dog with me. Skylar has been really good with communicating and will be working with her to get the other issues resolved. Ive only met one grumpy old man out here always have to have a scrooge. But the community Ive talked to so far are friendly and down to earth.
I think with that being said , probably should apply a raise to someone in that office who deals with unexpected issues that couldve been resolved before she came in.
