This was truly one of the best experiences I've had. I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped me. Very polite, very knowledgeable information. I told her my physical condition and she sold me a bed that truly works. Thank you. I recommend sleep outfitters to anyone looking to purchase the bed that was built for their individual need. We recently purchased a Tempurpedic Contour Elite Breeze from Sleep Outfitters. Lauren was extremely helpful and attentive. She even threw in two very nice pillows. It was to be delivered two days later on a Tuesday. Tuesday came and I received a call from the distribution hub stating my bed didn't arrive at their hub so it wouldn't be delivered that day. I called S.O. to see what was going on. They called me back to reschedule because the warehouse made a mistake. My girlfriend had to take Thursday off work to be there to accept the delivery. They offered me $100 for my troubles. I was dissatisfied as my girlfriend makes more than $300/day at work. I then spoke to Lauren. She gave me a significant refund and a bed protector for my troubles. She was genuinely apologetic and upset. I would NEVER have accepted that bed if it wasn't for Lauren taking care of me. Thank you so very much to Lauren. There are very few caring people left in the world. She's fantastic. We will return there!!!!
