      image Buyer beware! Haas will try to demand your money up front but will not finish your job. Didn't finish ours and what he did complete was completed with multiple errors and safety concerns. Had to take him to court and won easily due to his clearly incomplete and shoddy work and violation of our agreements. Also of note on the Vanderburgh county assessor website, he is delinquent on property taxes @ 2905 Vermont Ave L083
