They have been out to work on our AC last summer and our furnace today. Darrin Eaton is very professional , courteous , knowledgeable and explains the problem in a way that can be easily understood. He even discovered , without me asking him to check , that the part for our furnace was still under warranty so the bill was less than he had originally told me. Dont mind paying for a service call when you get the service that they / he provides.
