I ordered flowers for my sister-in-laws funeral. I was not familiar with any of the florists in Crawfordsville, so I just hoped for the best. The woman who took my order over the phone was very patient with me, as it took some time to figure out exactly what I wanted. She also gave very helpful suggestions. I could not have been happier with the arrangement, which is saying a lot coming from a perfectionist like myself. It was truly beautiful!

Very pleased with the service here. Ordered birthday flowers for my mom and they delivered a week early. They realized their mistake, called me the next morning and apologized and are delivering another bouquet at no charge on the correct date. I wasn't available when they called so they offered all of this without me ever calling in a complaint or asking for any type of compensation for the mistake. That is a level of customer service most businesses have long forgotten. They then called my mom and explained what happened and asked her what kind of arrangement she wants next week. The flower prices were competitive and the delivery fee reasonable. Mom says the arrangement is beautiful. I'll definitely be back next time I need something delivered in C'ville.
