Kyle Gobel was appointed GAL of our custody divorce case and during this it was revealed he has zero training, qualifications, or anything in relation to children or domestic violence situations. Kyle Gobel when asked revealed has only been doing gal work since he was appointed 5years ago. I found his opinions were very biased after talking to my ex and he was scrolling on his phone under the table almost the whole time during our meeting at my residence. Worst experience I have ever had and it has caused my family to severely suffer tremendously. This is ethically and morally wrong. This should be unacceptable from our legal system to appoint people to determine children and families fates without any qualifications.

Will tell you they can handle your case and want cash upfront to start, understandable. BUT, then says they cant help you. Upon asking for a partial refund, as Im not ignorant to being paid up front for promised work but wanting a partial refund for the work not done, sends a list of exorbitant fees and I get back 1/6 of what I paid for no work even done.
