I've had 3 previous mortgages and I just assumed they were all slow and shrouded in mystery. That is until I met Chad. Chad took time from the first time I talked to him to thoroughly explain every detail of the process. He was always communicative, prompt, and several steps ahead to make sure I knew what was coming.
