The property manager is zero help. Dont go to her with any concerns as she will say it is out of her control and you will not get contact information for anyone above her.
If I could give 0 stars I would. READ THE FINE PRINT before you EVER sign up. If you look to end the lease early or when moving out they charge a $140 carpet cleaning fee even if you have already gotten them cleaned. Breaking the lease early requires 4300 + 2 months of rent. The amenities package that they say is optional, is not. So you cannot cancel it. That is an additional $200 plus your rent.
If you look at BBB (which I was not smart enough to do prior to moving in) you will see the F rating and the lawsuits for this exact thing and people upon move out get charged ridiculous fees that they come up with in the end.
