This urgent care states that they do EKGs, according to their website. I called the day prior, as I needed an EKG to be faxed to my physician, prior to a plastic surgery. I explicitly explained this to whomever answered the phone. I also asked whether I needed an order and I was told no. I arrived and the facility refused to do an EKG unless I was having a medical issue, or I had an order. This facility needs to retrain their staff.

Ive used this urgent care facility a handful of times over the last 5 years for our family. The wait times can be lengthy, but are clearly communicated, and I was given the option to wait in the waiting room or come back closer to our slot time. The facility is clean. My child has gone twice in the last several months due to influenza, and each time, the staff has been kind to both of us and has explained testing/illness/treatment options. Wont hesitate to go again if/when needed!

Words cannot express the gratitude for the care & concern from nurse practition Amanda Hill. Whereas 2 previous physicians never responded to my concerns and 1 MD said "there are no knots in the thigh. Amanda Hill ordered xrays of my thigh and found a lision mid thigh. Before I even left the facility on Friday I was scheduled to see an oncologist the following Monday and given an appointment with a IU primary care physician.

Ive been here before and they were amazing. Today (2/29/24), soooo slow. I keep being told Im next. For the past 1.5 hours (so far).
