I started the home search in August 2023. I contacted realtor Christie Parker of FC Tucker. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the current state of the house market. I had found a new construction home, and immediately sent Christie the details. She began the process that next morning. She always responded to my communications regardless of the time of day. I closed on my home on October 6th, 2023. Unfortunately, the closing experience wasnt as exciting as its portrayed to be. She wasnt able to attend the closing appointment due to a surgery her loved one was having. Her associate attended for her. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Ms Parker to anyone currently in the market.
