I worked in the cafe in the back with the horsemen and women. Osha needs to be called there was no thermometers to check Temps regularly,no sanitizer for the rinse sink with dishes. No thermometer to check cooking Temps.... deep fryer and grill. The owners don't pay their workers for everyday work. They pay cash to employees to avoid taxes

My mother got robbed, not outside but INSIDE on the casino floor. Someone walked over took her $50 ticket from out of the machine and left. She informed security. After reviewing surveillance they said they had the guy on camera and to just give them a few minutes. She spent the next 7 hours going back and forth to security constantly being told just a few more minutes. After about 4 hours we were told shift changed and so they too had to review the footage. We had a party of six family members there who spent a total of several thousand dollars, and in the end they ended up just telling her to go home and wait for a call....REALLY???!!! Harrah you had to make our entire party wait 7 hours while constantly spending money all to not even give her a lousy $50 when you had the guy on camera clearly stealing? She wasn't even offered a few dollars in credit or anything. Had she known they wouldn't resolve the situation she would've informed the police, but Harrah's acted like they were handling it. So apparently it's okay to just walk up to people and steal from them, as long as your not stealing from the casino itself they don't care..

Would’ve been great if their slot machine wouldn’t have broke and then had to wait an hour before someone came over to give us our money out of it.

Very disappointed. Since Harrah's took over, all the restaurants have closed, as did the craft beer bar. Service is rotten. Even more , the hotel shuttle was terminated. Harrah's took this great place and ruined it. What a pitty. They are driving it out of business. We will not be back

New ownership would rather pay fines to the Indiana gaming commission for not paying out enough money on slots. They take in more money by shutting machines down and reducing payouts dramatically.
