Won't let you know they're suing you till you're served
They plot behind your back and expect you to keep track without telling you before hand. Takes 20-30 minutes to get an actual person on the phone
I did a fraud packet and it doesn't work because of their bias against certain people now they're taking me to court because I was scammed
Place needs to be shut down permanently immediately

This company is bad at answering calls. They tell you that they cant take your payment or you need to send a money order. Very Shameful. Every time you call it is a different story. Harass you multiple times a week with letters and calls about debt that is not even yours.

I had payment plan set up with them, supposedly they were going to take money out of my account. I call to check since I haven’t seen them deduct money from my bank. They said I had insufficient funds in my account, when on the day were to take out, I called my bank and I did have money in my account that day. I’m not sure if it is some type of scam so I can end up paying more. My bank had confirm there were no transactions from Blitt and Gaines. This is shameful, I’m trying to get my debts out of my way and this is not helping at all. I don’t know how people who work for this company sleep at night!
