image Terrible service, kept my mower for months and didnt even do the basic work (sharpen blades and oil change) while waiting on a part that was supposedly ordered weeks ago. My lower deck no longer lowers as it should. Owner has no clue how to talk to people.

image The rude owner is the only way I know that I have the place that has exceeded my expectations when it comes to purchasing new
or repairing my old snow blowers, lawn equipment. (The rude owner is the only way I know that the place hasn't changed hands and the great service hasn't gone out the window). JH

image I accidentally met the owner and his employees a few years ago when I inherited my late grandfathers snowblower and lawn mower. I didnt know where to take it and they were close. Yes, the owner Scott, was crude and not your typical fluffy, customer is always right kinda guy. Hes definitely rough around the edges. However, after witnessing the demands from customers I understand now and completely respect him. So many people wait until the forecast predicts blizzard conditions and then want their snowblower looked at immediately. However, theres a line of others in front of theirs.
Ive also witnessed customers tell HIM whats wrong with their equipment and argue with HIM when he, who is the experienced professional, disagrees.
I have come to trust him and his staff wholeheartedly. Hes crude but definitely has a heart of gold. I will NEVER take my snowblower or lawnmower anywhere else. I appreciate his honestly and no BS talk. His prices are not ridiculous either either. I have heard him tell customers its more expensive to fix their machine than it is to buy a brand new one. Therefore hes lost income due to looking out for the individual. I have been sentimentally using my grandfathers lawnmower (20+ years old) and it works amazing due to Scott.
Before you criticize the business in a post, ask yourself what part you played in the scenario. Did you wait until last minute?

image Took lawn motor for repair, Aug. 1/22, and was advised that it would be ready in about a week and half. Today mid morning went to pick it up, and in all honesty it seems as though that was my mistake. The owner immediately confronted me, not asked, if he had called. I explained to him that when I dropped the lawn motor they had advised that it would take a week & a half and no one had called. After that the owner started to aggressively shout at me and by the same token I shouted back that there was no need for him to treat me in such manner. Hence, I ended up taking my lawn motor back.
Never in my 71 years have I been treated like this morning. I was intimidated, angry and frustrated that an unknown person treat me in such way. Needless to say I will never take a lawn motor to ESA.
How can an individual with absolutely no people skills have a business where he has to Inter-react with others. It is us customers who feed this monster and egomaniac. Pls. do not expose yourselves, there are other business that will gladly, truly and respectfully take your business and regard you as a customer.
