My brother stayed at Westmont Manor after a hospital stay. The staff is kind, professional and efficient. Very good security at the entrance desk. Social services team is excellent. I was very impressed by the care and facility.

Kindness, and the best care support ever that you are providing me
It is Greatly Appreciated!
It all started with my Initial Phone Conversation with Carlie Randazzo.
Carlie took the time out of her schedule to answer all of my concerns/questions that I had and was addressed-followed up in a timely manner.
Carlie made me feel comfortable & welcome to the extent that I felt without question that the Westmont Health & Rehab Center Facility would be the Facility that I could call Home for the remainder of my life.
Upon arriving at the Westmont Health & Rehab Center, I was greeted by the staff with a lot of enthusiasm, and was made welcome, like a family member.
I am being treated by what is clearly a Quality and Well-Trained and Dedicated Staff, who truly Encompass and Practice on a Daily Basis, what I call and have been taught to me at an early age by my beloved parents.
C.E.R.S, which stands for Compassion,
Empathy, Respect, and Sensitivity-Sympathy!
Any concern or question that I have raised with staff has been handled promptly and effectively in a timely manner.
The staff has truly met and exceeded all of my expectations and then some!
I want the staff to know that you are a credit to your profession, and you should be very proud of who you are and what you do!
You have all become a true Extended Family to Me. I will never forget any of you! You are the best at who you are, and what you do, and you will always be part of my Life's Journey!

My Dad was here for about 8 months in 2023. The place is not extremely scenic but the care my Dad got was great. At the time he was getting dialysis through a tube in his arm and he also had a tube in his stomach for PD dialysis as he did want that eventually if he got better. The in house dialysis center took great care to make my father comfortable and he never got an infection in either tube. We moved him to be closer to home to another facility and he immediately got a life threatening infection and he is now about to enter hospice as he is unable to fight off the infection.
The place can be short staffed sometimes as all nursing homes are , but the nurses were really friendly and nice to my Dad also.
We are sorry we moved him.

It was very clean I was treated with a very friendly and helpful young man. My guest that is in the facility looks very healthy and comfortable and his pet dog was able to visit him I believe this helps with the healing process and he was so happy

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This is the most incompetent facility with the most incompetent employees. These CNAs have ZERO compassion for their patients. I've witnessed unanswered screams for help, have been ignored when asking a question, and they have no respect for family members visiting their loved ones. They make you feel like you're inconviencing them when you ask a question or need assistance. I have heard a CNA say that she was being bothered to see a patient on her lunch break and was upset. I wouldn't put these people in charge of my loved one's care ever again. I would like the administrator or whoever is in charge to please reply to how I can speak to you directly. This business should be shut down.
