I called to set up a drop off of a tank and propane. They called me back in a timely fashion and were at my house in a timely fashion. They called to let me know that they were coming out a certain day. They also did their inspections to make sure that my house hold was safe of any leaks. They did find some leaks and fixed them in a timely fashion. I feel like I could rate them a 5 on customer service, 5 on safety, and 5 on all other categories. I am a very pleased customer and I would recommend them anytime.

After being with Hicks for over 18 years and always settling my bill in a timely fashion.... I will be looking for another propane provider. The new management at Toluca is a FAIL in customer service. I have two accounts, 3 tanks total and two water softeners from them. I’ll be taking my business somewhere that can service me in a more professional way. DONE with the new manager that feels a need to constantly remind me he is the Manager! I don’t care. I just want to be serviced!
Ps. Will be sharing my experience with district manager also, as I believe they need to be informed of what has transpired.
