      image Went to return Amazon packages and was told I needed to pay for labels and packages to return them. Which 3 weeks ago when I came in to do the exact same thing I did not have to pay. If that is the rules that is absolutely fine. Even if you change the rules weekly that is fine. But I do have a choice to use your store or not. And it is my choice to leave and not buy a package.
      She got mad at me because she printed my labels for nothing.
      Why didnt she tell me before she printed them that I also have to pay for a package? I still dont know. I still dont know why I am not allowed to leave and get my own package. But I do know that she told me that I should go to Yorkville Ups instead of coming back to Sugar Grove. Why someone would get that mad about a piece of paper is beyond me.
