I called on Monday January 10 at 1 pm about a broken window, a very nice lady answered the phone and answered all my questions. I told her that i needed my window repaired as quickly as possible as i was concerned about the freezing temperature outside,  i also told her that unknown persons attempted a burglary at my house And I was worried about the suspects returning to my house. She  asked me to text photos of my broken window and they would contact me to get it repaired.  Well 4 days later and i haven't received a call, i will never return as this is unacceptable. I went to Avenue Glass on North grand because they guarantee a repair the same day and they're the only business in Springfield that cuts their own glass and  they're way cheaper than other glass shops. Stay away from this place as they cant even give you an estimate within 5 days,

Harmony Glass is a great place to do business the prices were wonderful. The people were very very kind and I will always go back to them for any classwork I need

Hopefully the work is better than the service, which is equivalent to stepping on Legos on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
