Very bad service!!!! People there are not helpful at all, not responsible at all. The coat was not even cleaned, but became more dirty!!! When I call the manager, this stupid manager(vallery should be her name) even argued that it was not the same coat!!!! I feel bad for her and also for the stuff there!!!! She told me that she will call back for the refund, but I never received the call. Not responsible at all!!!

This business does not care about customers or customers property. They have broken countless buttons on my shirts and somehow never realize it. When I return them for repair the repairs have ALWAYS been done as cheaply and janky as possible. I've been nice with them and then I became angry with them. Nothing makes a difference. They continue to destroy and ruin my shirts. Tonight was the final straw. I was putting this shirt on for NYE and the top button is missing and replaced with a broken button! They had to have known this time because they sewed a broken button on. The most unprofessional and dishonest business I've ever experienced anywhere. Do not bring anything you care about to Starcrest because they will eventually trash it.
