      image I love that when you order online for in store pickup there's a huge dressing room area to try things on - and then if something doesn't work you can return it right away. I needed a pair of boots and a top for an upcoming trip and this made it super easy.

      image This Nordstrom store was a great experience, I came in looking for a new cologne the staff was really kind in letting me try certain colognes. The gentleman that assisted me at the Le Labo counter was kind and even gave me sample testers to take home to make up my mind. Overall a great positive experience.
