This is not a bank for small businesses. Theres no personal touch and poor communication. Phone calls result in endless hold times and disconnects. Simple transactions require numerous calls and follow up emails. Strongly recommend finding another bank if youre a small business.

My fiance sold her home and had a quite of bit of money coming to her. She cashed a check and specifically asked when could she cash it. On the BANKS information, she cashed the check and the check bounced. They initially apologized and said they would get the money asap. Its been over 2 weeks now and the bank claims they sent over 40,000 through the mail without expressing it or certifying it. The bank manager was rude and didn't care or try to help resolve this issue. Don't bank here they are lazy crooks!
