I used attorney Jacob Maegli for a chapter 13. During my BK, I have broke down, I have had the sale of my home (which wasnt cut and dry), I have had many questions and a couple urgent matters. Attorney Maegli stayed professional during my breakdowns and tried to come to a resolution to the problem. He stayed on-top of everything when it came down to selling my house and its involvement in the Bk. He also was home sick and still gave me a call back. Great law office I used for bankruptcy.The process was very smooth. I was informed every step of the way of what was happening and was able to easily contact the law office if I had any questions. I had originally gone to see them right before Covid hit and was unable to complete it until a couple years later, but it was no issue with the delay.
