Sylvia Gomez was the ABSOLUTE worse management I had to deal with! I drove from Country club Hills to this location and spent $270.56. I already couldn’t try anything on, no exchange and no refunds. She had a very nasty attitude every time I asked about a size or price. I just got the items and was ready to go after feeling rushed. Only to get all the way back to Country Club Hills with two sensors on two of my items. One which I wanted to wear that evening. I had to wait a couple weeks to return and lucky me she was there with a attitude like “why I didn’t check.” I wanted to go off. I need to know who manages the store location or BBB. I will never visit that store location again!!!
