Worst customer support unprofessional very rude. Bought set mini tub frame rails and send only one and told me it be over month before they had the other one so they sent me a stock one that was 3 inches short so I told them send me a matching set amd that I would modify them so they made me pay for them and was going to refund my money once I sent other pair back but I had to pay shipping and wen they got them they only refunded me one because the other one was trash only because it had over spray in one small spot. I don't see how they stay in business never buying anything from them again.

I ordered dynacorn sheet metal from their ebay store and I received my parts one day after ebay estimated delivery date. Had a question about my order and it was answered the next day. So overall, I would say I was satisfied with shipping and communication.

Worst customer service I have experienced in years! NO follow through on order that was not shipped when I was told by both Dave & John at order desk they would call be back & NEVER did. John was flat RUDE!
My impression is that you guys have gotten too big and forgot how you need to treat customers.
From the looks of your feedback on Ebay I,m not your only unhappy customer lately!
I have been on Ebay for over 12 years and NEVER left negative feedback...Your Company will be my FIRST!

Terrible service, parts sent to wrong address, extremely slow shipping too. Bad attitude, stay clear of these people. Do not care if it cost more to buy elsewhere it will be worth it to avoid the aggrevation of dealing with unprofessional people.
