We have had a wonderful experience at A+ during the several years our daughter has been there. She loves school and has learned so much, both with the StemScopes curriculum and the social-emotional curriculum they use. They have plenty of time for play and outdoor time (their playground is great!), and I love all the photos we get through the app during the day about everything she's doing and learning about. Our daughter is definitely ready for kindergarten after her wonderful experience at A+!

Our experience here was ok, we loved the ladies that my son had, but overall very disappointed. I had to investigate policy from DCFS, because the ladies tried to feed us lies saying that DCFS required them to take the kids out during any kind of weather. This is not true. DCFS says its up the discretion of the school, daycare or facility. Policy section Sec 407.200 d) 3. I cant believe that this is not common knowledge. I have talked several parents and caregiver workers that said that the daycare never told them that it was up to the discretion of the daycare. Not every baby, toddler, child or adult benefits from cold air. We live in a multicultural society and everyones immune system is different. They tried to implement their personal believe that cold air is healthy for everyone. I asked several times if our son could stay and play indoors and I was told that they didnt have the staff. I had to stay home with him because he was constantly sick and had double ear infections and pneumonia two times in a year. But they didnt care and we never got a discount for all the weeks I stayed home with him. We were paying $1600 and some dollars per month for my little man to be home most of the time because he was always sick. Do your research and ask the right questions such as turnover, yelling, and discipline they implement and outside time if you are considering this or any daycare.
