I happened to just feel bothered when reading the very recent review about this place. I ordered a bouquet from them and also I was from out of town. The least I could expect was to paying more than $100 for a vase with two roses, a few flowers less than 5, and some green to my acquantaince's resident. I trusted their service and they failed me on their quality. This place is not for long-distant services even though the lady on phone seemed very professional and trustworthy.
Update: I contacted them for a comment and request partial refund. Instead of calming customers, they even suggested showing up in front of my friend's place to replace another bouquet, claiming that their customer was not happy about it. Really people? (the arrangement for a death of my friend's family member) If you wanna do your business, do it right from the first time. We agreed with refund half of my payment as they did have to cover the cost (claiming it cost them $12-15/lily and delivery fee, which I was charged for extra $10). I will wait to see if they really keep their words.
Update: Half payment was refunded. After going thru this, I hope I had never gone thru such experience like this and had read the previous reviews before calling the number.

Extremely helpful as I ordered a sympathy plant via telephone. Staff walked me through my options and I know the final product was lovely. Shop local!
