Clearly this place is not concerned with the importance of diversity in the workplace. Not one person of color works here, not one dental hygienist, not one records clerk not one secretary. Little to no clientele that are not white. Owners appear to satisfied with the money they are making off their traditional preferred patients than evolving into 2024.

This dentist cannot handle patients with anxiety. I have had service from several dentists in this practice most of them can handle anxiety situations.

Great place. Terrible time management. My appointment never starts on time. It's tough to budget time after the appt since you don't know when you'll get out. But once you're back there it's a good experience.

Good hygienist experiences. In May 2023, when Dr. Rice saw me, she was reminded by my notes, that I advised her in 2022 I wasn't going to do an implant on a suspect tooth that wasn't moving nor bleeding... I also advised her I'd go near Chicago to do so (when that day came) for under $3,000 or even go to Mexico... During my appt. this year she tells the hygienist, "Put a Black X on that tooth". Dr. Rice was p'd off that I was NOT going to take her advice & spend about $6K on a tooth that was NOT moving or bleeding to fill her pockets. I believe due to this-as punishment from her practice, the staff makes an appointment 6 entire months out for 2 small fillings which I of course went somewhere else to handle. These 2 small filling appts. were made right when my cleaning was due-6 entire months later, which obviously meant to me to "buzz off". I have 2 insurances that still leave me with a $58 or $110 bill from just a cleaning which I don't like but several people said go here. On 10/09/2023 I called to cancel ALL appointments. A "LINDEY" answered, didn't even bother to ask why I was cancelling & only asked if I wanted to reschedule AFTER I asked her "don't you want to know why I'm cancelling???" ***Please find an in-network provider that will value your business, not get upset to you saying no to $5,500+ for a tooth that doesn't need an implant but has the money to do if he so chooses, and who truly values your natural teeth knowing all the dental work you already have!!! A DDS that makes a customer wait 6 months for 2 small fillings should retire or not practice dentistry. GREED. Looking forward to the reply to this review,

Visiting from out of state, I lost a 45-year-old crown. I called Pine Glen on a family recommendation. They took me the next day, got my crown cleaned and re-installed, and charged a very reasonable fee (I was out-of-network). Then, a month later, they mailed me a refund check!! They're almost worth moving to Peoria. ;-)
