      image This service department is a disaster as of late. Made an appointment online a week in advance, requesting a loaner. Long story short, I had to make multiple calls to find out if my request could be accommodated, the last one being at 4:30 the day before the appointment.
      When I finally got someone on the line who could give me an answer, I was told that, no, there was no loaner or transportation available and Id just have to wait at the dealership all day. Or i could pay for Ubers both ways.
      No, heres a day we could get you a loaner or any show that they care about the business.
      Unfortunately my last couple visits here have been rather chaotic and its tough, if not impossible, to actually get a service advisor on the line. Ill find somewhere that values loyal customers
