Incredible service. Kevin and Mike left me nearly speechless over how much care they took helping me with my car. They were so knowledgeable and made sure my car was serviced correctly and promptly. Great, well done service is what you will definitely get if you come here, especially because they have certified technicians. I am so thankful to Kevin, Mike and the Palatine Carx team for making an experience that is usually very stressful, simple, quick, and easy.

Wonderful service and customer service! Kevin and mike are so helpful and do right by the customer. They found a bad bulb in my rear left brakelight and helped me out. I've had such a terrible experience with scams like jiffylube and the comparable difference in knowledge and service is night and day. Definitely recommend to come here!

Extremely honest and reliable! They could have sold me more but they inspected my car for free and replaced the battery which was much cheaper than what I thought was wrong. They explained everything thoroughly and finished the replacement quickly. Will go here again!
