Will is a highly experienced real estate attorney who truly understands real estate law. He represented me in the closing of my recent home purchase and hand held the mortgage company through the whole process.
Sadly, I picked the worst mortgage company to use but Will pushed us to the finish line. He was patient and professional while also being firm when necessary. He worked tirelessly throughout the arduous task of dealing with a team of ignoramuses. Will was available anytime I needed to talk to him even while he was on vacation.
I couldn’t have asked for better legal representation for my home purchase. The icing on the cake is his fee is reasonable. I highly recommend Will for your real estate purchase and will definitely retain his services again the future.

Mr. Lohrman has been thorough, responsive, communicative and understanding in all interactions with my husband and myself. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly during these trying times and has worked extremely hard to make sure that we are represented expertly. Will has seemingly infinate patience. He assisted us with a purchase, and sale transaction, and buyers were COVID19 crazy. Will steered us right, and stuck with us. Excellent judgement, great explanations, always looking for the best deal for his clients. Great follow up, we seemed to have misplaced our plat of survey. Will reached out and got us another copy a few months later no issues when a fence guy requested it. Great value too - But don't select your attorney to save a few bucks. Just select Will Lohrman.
