Walked in tonight at 5:07pm and just walked out at 5:23 pm. When I walked in, no greeting whatsoever was given. There was a female associate at the front with customers. A smile and acknowledgement goes a long way, none was given. I found the area that I needed to be in thinking surely someone would come over, I tested all the available models of the standing recliners I was interested in and watched 4 associates talking around a desk area in the middle of the store, not one came over to acknowledge me. Even as I was making my way to the front tiles towards the door there was another female associate I assume heading to a greeting position and not even a goodbye was said. Quite disappointed, for such a lovely displayed store to have such terrible customer service.
