Unfortunately who was once an excellent agent has become one of the worst that I have dealt with. To say that I'm disappointed in the lack of attention and horrible customer service is an understament. I have been with Bill for over 5 years and something happened 6 months ago. I have multiple policies and have made countless referrals. I have called and emailed regarding some issues that with one of my policies and have yet received a response. I don't know if it was the move from Metlife to Farmer's but his lack of responsiveness is unacceptable.

Bill is an amazing agent who has gone above and beyond for me multiple times and always makes sure I receive great customer service. He's always prompt with his responses, knowledgeable of my policies and guides you through the claims process. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Bill Carlton is by far one of the best insurance agents I've dealt with in the last 33 years. I have had the experience of dealing with many high end insurance companies and agents. As most people know, most insurance companies have many similarities and that is when it is important...scratch that, it is crucial you go with a company that has and agent that will go the extra mile for you anytime you need it. As a licensed private detective, I am a great judge of character and I can tell when someone genuinely cares about the client, as well as, when they solve problems and do not simply "pass the buck." Bill, if you are reading this review, please know that you are appreciated very much and you are truly one in a million in regards to your profession and demeanor.
