Berman is rough man. I have been trying to contact them for weeks about scheduling an appointment with the body shop. No one takes accountability. I've explained my issue probably 10 times. Whenever I get someone from Service, they tell me to contact the body shop. Whenever I FINALLY get the body shop, they tell me to contact service.
Naturally, Chrysler is making this difficult as Berman is the only body shop in the area that can support warranty repairs.

From the time we walked in, we were greeted, Venecia our saleswoman introduced herself and was truly professional! There was no pressure making a purchase. The most professional, kind and pleasant team to work with!
I cannot say enough about Berman ! We even traded in a vehicle and was given the most for a trade in!
If you are looking to purchase a vehicle find Venecia and make a purchase! The process was not long at all!
