DONT USE THIS GUY I retained him to represent me in my divorce 18 months ago and needless to say I'm still married After the first 9 months of him doing nothing, never returning phone calls, never responding to my husbands lawyer about issues with the case, never forwarding documents I filled out detailing my living expenses so my husband and I could come to a fair agreement on what I should receive in maintenance, I ended up firing him and the very next day he sent a bill saying I owed him an additional 45 hundred dollars and refused to remove himself from my case until he was paid Do yourself a huge favor and hire someone else!!

Called to speak to an attorney Ms. Betty was by far one if not the most rude receptionists or assistants I have ever dealt with.  Don't bother wasting your time, money, or energy.  There are PLENTY of other reputable cordial divorce attorneys in the world.

Although I was extremely nervous of going through a hard fought legal matter, Mr. Tucker was quite understanding of my concerns. Although my case was difficult, he explained the legal complications of the matter in layman's terms without hesitation. Even though the case was very hard fought and lengthy, we achieved a very satisfactory result, and at a reasonable cost ! Thanks again, Berry

During the summer of 2019, I filed for divorce after being married for 2 years. I decided to use the services of Tucker & Associates, a local firm in the area. My initial consultation was with Barry Tucker, in which he did a commendable job with explaining my options moving forward. He provided me with his hourly rate, in addition to the hourly rate of his associate - Cheri Costa. Since my case was fairly simple, as a result of the short length of time of being married, I decided to utilize this firm and I selected Barrys associate Cheri Costa. I paid a $3,500 retainer to start the process. When the process began, I had questions for Cheri via telephone and email. I could never get a straight answer from Cheri that provided specific direction on our strategy to pursue my case. She did not provide a concrete plan or options of how I would handle my 401K protection and always talked in generalities. It was clear that she was not well versed on handling this situation. As a result of my dissatisfaction, I fired this firm and asked for the balance of my retainer. Of the $3,500, I received $370 back, in which I received little to no services to support the charges. When I received the bill, I presented it to 2 other reputable firm, in which they both agreed that I was over-charged. When I challenge them on the charges, I received a letter with a plethora of confusing legal jargon to support their charges.
All in all, my recommendation for anyone considering using this firm is to think twice.
