Lincoln Village has a DO noting manager and a do noting janitor. If you need him to repair something in your apartment you have to pay him out of your pocket. Apparently, he is not paid enough so he shakes down the seniors. The only time you see the manager is when she goes to the kitchen to get food. If you walk into the office with a concern, her attitude is don't bother me. NO SUPPERVION from corp. and it is desperately needed it! Supervisor too lazy to drive from Wauconda to do their job. The owner never responds to email or phone calls. You can try calling the corporate office in Skokie until your fingers fall off and NO one will call you back. Tenants have gone to knock at corporate door No answer... I moved out could not put up with the disgraceful lack of management. Manger will smile only when she takes your money at move-in after that GOOD LUCK she will give you attitude and no one from corporate down will show any concern.

Great owner, Horrible management.
These employees are not licensed to handle tax credit.
If the owner only knew about the incompetence going on at the Belmont

I went to the corporate office because of my lease. Michele took care of all my concerns. Thank you Michele for your help l will never forget it.
