I called to try to schedule an appt for my kids and the girl she answered me looked like she has no idea what she’s doing. Mixed up dates and kept changing the time and asking me the same questions. I didn’t try the dr mine be good but first impression wasn’t good as she couldn’t schedule an appt.

I have no wonder why so many people gave 5 * to Dr. Romanelli. There are lots of dentists who can do a good job with normal cleaning and other superficial dental services. But when it comes to crowns and crowns on implants she is one of the best. I had lots of problems with my crowns before seeing her for years.
Other dentists I was seeing before her were only focused on how much they can make out of my dental problems. This is not the case with Dr. Romanelli. I observed she is dedicated to her profession, so meticulous from getting all the required info from implant surgeon, quality of products and makes sure you are comfortable with the crowns in your mouth even if it is multiple sittings. Hence I give her 5 stars.
BTW, I am writing this review after more than a year of my treatment. I waited to see how my new crowns and implants work.

I after 47 years have found the perfect dentist. The facility is very clean with a warm atmosphere. The staff is not only friendly but truly greet you personally. They do great work and somehow make me comfortable at a dentist office. I never thought that possible. Keep up the great work!
