The service we receive at Audi is always excellent, Keith Lindgren is always helpful and informative.
We just brought the vehicle in to have the winter wheels and tires swapped out for the summer set. We have been bringing our vehicle here for service since we purchased it in 2014 and we are more than happy with the service hes provided and with our vehicle. Ask for Keith in the service dept.

Eric F was my specialist for my appointment and he was excellent. As a woman, I get brushed off at times during my vehicle appointments. Eric gave me a detailed report on what was done on the vehicle and what recommendations he had. I felt very well informed regarding my vehicle, which I really appreciated. I will be requesting him for my next service appointment.

Buyer beware sums up my experience. Dont feel like the dealership really cares about the customers after the sale. Typical experience in signing the deal, long wait time, multiple credit checks ect. Car appeared to be in good shape. Purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu. 142K miles. Did not purchase warranty nor was it offered. Made
Purchase cause daughter loved it. One week after driving car received a call saying they needed $1200 more money as a down payment and that the bank did not agree to the terms. (I have a signed contract at this point) after a couple days after arranging for a driver to follow me to dealership and return vehicle, I called the dealership to get the steps I needed to take to return the vehicle. I did not agree to give any more money or increase amount of monthly payments and percentage rate of the loan. When I stated I was returning the vehicle I was placed on hold after five minutes. I was told we apologize for the inconvenience on the phone call over the weekend. There is no problem with your loan. Everything is fine. At this point, there were some issues with the vehicle and brought it back in for inspection. The dealerships initial car inspection form was a total scam. The technician appeared to do nothing to inspect the vehicle. Only thing that was done was a very good detail job to make it look clean Leaks some type of clear liquid in my garage took it back to them for inspection. Could not find any leak and was told to take it home and drive it and see if anything leaks. My 19-year-old son looked at it in less than five minutes found a leak and some type of hose. Technicians are a joke. Do a terrible job.
