Mike was responsive and came the same day to help me with our garage fridge that was not cooling enough on the freezer side or the fridge side. He showed up and spent maybe 2 minutes tops touching the fridge and taking a peek behind it without pulling it out (it's a heavy fridge). After the 2 minute inspection, he told me we would be better off replacing the fridge instead of getting it repaired because the compressor was failing. Instead of the $75 fee to come out, he only charged us $60. I paid begrudgingly but after thinking it over now, I really wish he would have pulled out the fridge to actually inspect the compressor. Yes the fridge is heavy, but he is a repair man...he should have the proper tools to do his job properly and for $60 he should have spent more time truly assessing the fridge instead of just touching it with his hands. I feel scammed and just want to share our experience.

Mike was responsive and came same day. He fixed the fridge and provided a 30-day warranty on his work. Fridge has been working excellent since his original visit. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Service: Refrigerator repair

I was ineed of an oven repair dur to a igniter that had gone bad. Mike was professional, affordable, and very efficient.

Mike was excellent, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. This was a great experience and we will always call Mike when we need repairs. We also loved that he was here when he said he would be (thats rare now a days). Two thumbs up! Service: Washing machine repair

Nope, would not use again. Mike was responsive and came over to repair our ice maker, which was not working. Before he left he said to give him a call if it didn't work properly (the ice maker needed time to make the ice). A few hours later I let him know that the ice maker was making very small ice cubes, but also water was leaking out of the front of the refrigerator, and he told me to wait until tomorrow (HUH?). So we turned off the ice maker to avoid water all over the floor. The next day my husband let him know that we discovered when the ice maker fills with water, that water also comes out of the front water dispenser. He told my husband that he needed to do some research, and then texted him a link to a part that we could buy on eBay, "If we wanted to try that". This gave us the impression that he didn't know how to proceed with fixing it, and that he had no interest in coming back to try to fix the problem. He took our $305 dollars and didn't look back.
