Move was good. I specifically said I didn't want the insurance but they charged me anyway. I called the office and they refunded it which was nice.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. The movers were polite, professional and accommodating. But their flaw was the lack of concern with damaging and dirtying up the destination house. They damaged my oak wood stairs and left numerous scuffs and dents on the walls. In additions to the damage to the walls and stairs, the Funiture was also damaged with chips and dents.
