I am long overdue for this review about my journey with the Steves! Steve Shivley (Designer) and Steve Petraglia (Production Manager) are the Team Extraordinaire along with their artist craftsmen Gustavo and Fernando who were on site day in and day out throughout my outdoor makeover project.
It all started with my wish to remove a semi-inground pool that was seldom used (the team helped me memorialize the demo!) to create an outdoor oasis, which I now endearingly refer to as my Puerta Backyarda. Andy Migacz (CEO) connected me with Steve S. to begin developing various concepts.
After multiple renditions, we landed on quite the project (yes, the scope grew quickly because of my wish list items) which included a complete remodel of the front and back of my home. Steve P. oversaw the installation of new walkways, a large patio, multiple stoops, raised planters, 2 fire bowls, 1 built-in grill, 1 water fountain, a flagstone patio, enhanced landscaping, new sod, lighting (everywhere!), and so many other special touches that he helped execute to perfection.
The Steves were extremely patient as they worked to coordinate with another contractor who faced unplanned delays in their construction process. Once AM Woodland was able to put the finishing touches on my project, I was in complete awe of my new outdoor space. My neighbors have commented that I will never need to leave home again since I have a resort in my backyard . . . they are not wrong about that!
From beginning to end, the AM Woodland team did not disappoint. Their professionalism, communication and execution are second to none! Their excitement to bring 'our' project to life is something I will relive each time I use my outdoor space for many, many years to come.

Tried to hire them for a job. The guy on the phone was more interested in getting complete information on who recommended them and my complete personal information than the job and discussing any absolutely basics. Not flexible at all with scheduling on-site visit either. Decided I don't need to work with this company on the 4th minute of our first contact.Cant recall a conversation like this and so disinterested company in my entire life. I would avoid.
