The flowers that I ordered looked nothing like the photo on the internet. The flowers looked droopy and almost dead. Vase looked to be a left over Valentines Day vase (I ordered in October). When I called I was told the flowers should look "dead" until they take on water so by tomorrow or the next day they should revive and that the vase was in her opinion an upgrade so they would not refund any money. Spent a total of $41.00 for these and am very disappointed and will not use Austin's again. I would not recommend this florist for any occasion.
