Clean room so far. Hallway smelled like smoke a little on the first floor.
They asked if I wanted any breakfast as I left the first morning. 10/10 definitely makes for good service.
But every other hotel I stayed in during the pandemic has had their pools open. So this stinks. Also the fitness center is closed

Our gps took us to the wrong hotel unfortunately. But, when I walked in, the man at the front desk didn’t say hi or anything. I spoke and said hello, his response was “Last name?”. I’m actually glad that we were at the wrong one. Very rude!
